Review: Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood

Release date: 2010
Version played: Xbox 360 in 2014

+ Rome is really fun to explore, with varied farms and crowded residential areas
+ new changes to combat (kick button, chain kills)
+ climbing is that little bit faster but makes all the difference
+ the entire hiring of recruits and training is awesome, as well as calling them in combat
+ DAGGER OF BRUTUS, more like DAGGER OF BRUTAL-NESS AM I RIGHT?!

– characters make some really weird choices, after their debuts in AC II
– the war machine subplot is not great and the controls are horrible

> I know the climbing still gets better in Revelations, and looting in 3 onwards
> This is basically the perfect sequel – everything is better than the previous, and it adds even more great stuff

Should you play this game: Definitely, even if you didn’t play AC II for whatever reason.
